Cidiots are dwellers of large cities and even Suburbia, who have no idea of what life is realistically like outside of their concrete jungles or HOAs, thinking that everyone living in rural areas are backwards hillbillies, rednecks, and hicks. The average cidiot will also view the people living in rural areas with utter contempt and disdain. Cidiots routinely don't know how to do basic things such as their own oil changes, basic plumbing, or installing a light switch, and would rather pay large sums of money to have these things done for them rather than learn these skills themselves. Wealthy cidiots end up wrecking rural towns by bringing in big businesses that suck the life out of local shops.
