Youth rebellion is considered to be committed by those who lack 'maturity' although it is certainly not so, and is actually a natural response to perceived oppression.

Parent- "You must obey and be a subordinate simply because you happened to have been born later than I have."

Teen- "Your regulations are unjust. Only a fool would abide by them and therefore I refuse to conform to your regulations that are poorly conceived and irrational."

Parent- "WHAT DID YOU SAY?! You're grounded for a month, young lady! How DARE you question my authority over you! You ungrateful rebellious teenager!"

Teen- "You're not grounding me! I am too intelligent to remain in this position. I did not choose to be born, and my life is my own, no matter the circumstances. I will not allow you to impede my enjoyment obtained from life, and therefore I must rebel against you. YOUTH SHALL GAIN EMPOWERMENT!!! RESIST THE OPPRESSION!!!"

teenage driver syndrome

TDS is a condition in which younger drivers, particularly teenagers, begin driving like maniacs when there's absolutely no reason to do so. People with TDS don't usually realize their condition and thus blame it on the drivers who are forced to share the road with them.

Guy 1: That fucker cut me off!

Guy2: But you had the red light.

Guy 1: It doesn't matter! I was going to go and he cut me off!

Guy 2: Just let it go, man. It's not like we're in a hurry or anything.

Guy 1: I'm gonna kill that son of a bitch!

Guy 2: Slow down! You've got a really bad case of TDS today.

It's a subreddit where emotionally immature Teenagers come together. As teenagers they don't know how to deal with sensitive topics, and they ignorantly do bad stuff. They would rather joke around than talk about actual issues in a productive manner, because... that's simply boring to a lot of them. They would post how depressed they are, how they have no friends, how they're “socially anxious”, ect. Just shut the fuck up! People online won't help you, and you're not helping yourself either and just want to complain about things in your life so that people think you “have it rough" and gain some sympathy of kids your age and them being able to "relate to it".

Post-teenager

A person between the ages of 20-24, who acts or looks like a teenager. You can sometimes tell a post-teenager by what the wear or listen to. Most Post-teenage Guy's and Girl's usually listen to little Wayne, wear hollister shirts, and use the latest IPhones or smart phones. Mainly because that's what the think most Teenagers find cool.

Notable Post-teens: Zac Efron, Demi Lovato, Joe Jonas, Taylor Swift, Macaulay Culkin (before 25), That one guy from Glee, Frankie Munaz(before 25), and soon to be Justin Bieber.

Guy 1:Hey man how old are you?
Guy2:20
Guy1:oh, so you're in your 20's? I'm 23
