Very short denim shorts with a small hem at the bottom (no lose strands like cut offs and not a large hem). When worn by the unfortunate girls that have large butts and thick thighs the shorts bunch further up and begin to resemble diapers, just made of denim.

A fictional type of crystal used by science fiction fantasy author, Terry Brooks.
