When you see that little baby that is your nephew that is in that picture when your mom in that one family group chat says “Booga!!!!”. Everyone just calls someone booga because your brother “made it up”.

A very useful word with no hard definition, usually used to acknowledge a statement, agree with someone, as a general positive adjective, or as a fun word to fill the space in a conversation or empty room with.

Person 1: Hey, gas prices are finally going down!
Person 2: Oh, Booga!

Person 1: Honestly, I just really don't like this modern pop stuff. My tastes are a little more old-school.
Person 2: Yeah, booga.
