Radio Locked is when you reached your destination and you don't want to leave your vehicle because a good song is on. Therefore, you are ending up late for an appointment, work, or class because you have to finish listening to a song.

Driver: Ah dang, I really need to go inside and get my hair done, but this song is so good.
Passenger: Right? But we are completely Radio Locked!
