Get the gym thingmug. In my 20 months at the YMCA, the term gym rats is quite common.
Females who frequent the YMCA or simular organizations for exercise and to be seen.
I coined the word "Gym Flower" to describe good looking usually fairly young females.
The people I talk to understand exactly what I mean.
