Dentureacatul is a person who has had false teeth for most of their life. Or people who was born without teeth. Most Dentureacatuls are referred as people who use Dentures but this is a common mistake. This word was added to the vietnamese dictionary back in 1982 when a troop slurred words when talking about terridactuls and his grandmother. His grandmother had false teeth and he was referring to her as " As old as a terridactul."

My cousin is a dentureacatul.
