A phrase that maybe 1% of people use with a reason, it is supposed to convey indifference in an edgy manner but more often than not it is thrown when there's nothing to contribute to a discussion or argument. Currently it is almost exclusively used by individuals with marginal intelligence, zero empathy and complete lack of conversational skills like redditors, 4channers, twatters and middle schoolers.
