Theoretically cute

When a chick looks good from far away or at a glance, but then the sad reality becomes clear that they are as ugly as the north-bound end of a south-bound horse when approached or when a better view is available. Also, cute in theory

Foob being a combination of food and boob, the Foob Theorum is the idea that when a girl wears a low-cut top food will always fall between her boobs when trying to eat.

theoretical virus

A Theoretical Virus is a fictional virus that is based on a real virus, but does not actually exist. They are used as a benchmark for viral preparedness. A good example of a theoretical virus is lyssa x, which is a relative of rabies. Web groups such as OZORT are geared toward preparing for worst case scenario viruses like these.

A Theoretical Virus can be just as dangerous as a real virus if you aren't prepared for it.

Theoretically fat

A way to get your siblings to leave you alone. It means that they arent really fat but you see them being that way. Or used as a really bad come-back when you absolutely have nothing else to say.

(Younger sister is bothering you)
Older sister: You are theoretically fat!
Younger sister: Haha thanks! (and leaves)
