Euphemism used by the white devils in place of the world the word "Knucklehead" Black people get royally pissed if they hear white devils refer to them as either because it doesn't show the proper respect to their people. They demand the white devils give them that respect by referring to the black man as a Nigger. A physical card or admission from a black or brown skinned person given to a whiter skinned person to say the N word once only. The pass does not expire and you must have proof of it’s existence to use it. However, it is not recommended to use it in public, as there will be many people to agree on the use of the N word pass.
