Marxist Slang, (primarily used in Greece) which is used by underpaid workers when talking to each other, hoping they'll one day end up like their bosses, or voting whatever their bosses tell them, so that they'll get the job.

Worker 1: I Heard worker 2 voted republican, because that's what boss told him.
Worker 2: That's so Luben! I knew he didn't have the experience to work here.
