"Hey Mitchy" is called out when performing an action whilst looking away from the said action. It is a quote used to express confidence that what the participant is about to do can be done without looking.
During a game of pool Brittany lined up her shot, turned her head and said "Hey Mitchy" just before succesfully sinking the winner.
