The action of incomplete sitting upon a toilet in the aftermath of a leg workout. Often painful, this effect can last for 1-3 days. Depending on the severity of the potty flop, the afflicted trainee may get as little as 20 degrees into a knee bend before giving up and bruising their buttocks on the toilet seat.
