drama kid

Someone who participates in any or all available theatre/drama productions. To be a true drama kid, one must fit most or all of the following criteria:

-Eccentricity by the truckload
-A flair for the dramatic
-One or more signature sounds not traditionally associated with the English language (a purr, a gurgle, etc.)
-An overactive imagination
-An addiction to some substance, usually caffeine
-Many inside jokes with fellow cast members
-No sense of awkwardness (ex. no aversion to having members of the opposite sex see you undressed/help you dress)
-A sense of humor
-A knowledge of the best coffee shop within walking (or driving, if applicable) distance of the school

Sue: "Hey Bob, can you help me get these clothes off? I'm in a rush."
Bob: "Sure thing."
Sue: "Isn't it a little odd that neither of us find this remotely sexual?"
Bob: "Nah, we're drama kids. By the way, party at the coffe shop after tear down."

drama queen

An annoying bitch who always feels like every insignificant problem in her day is a disaster of Hurricane Katrina proportions. Anyone who so much as gives her the time of day is in for an endless session of hearing why her boyfriend is such an asshole or how she's fat because she can't wear size 0 jeans along with an allday crying marathon.

If you value your sanity avoid these psychic vampires like the clap or you'll never have a minute's peace.

My ex girlfriend is such a drama queen.

dramaphobia

Extreme fear of drama! Person or persons that live with the constant fear that drama will find them has dramaphobia. Drama is everywhere, and it`s common for people that experience dramaphobia to never want to leave their house, or have friends. Not to be confused with depression, dramaphobia doesn`t make people want to harm themselves, only others!

I can`t go anywhere without drama stalking me, and I live in fear of it finding me, and harming me. I wish meds existed for dramaphobia.
Can drama die, and can I kill it in self defense by claiming to have dramaphobia?
Please diagnose dramaphobia as a mental illness, it exist, just like drama exists.
