This word can be used as an adjective or a verb, the word means that you or something is the best and this is how it is, this is a fact. Unlike other measurements(subjective)of how bad or good is something, this one is objective one. When you say - “This movie is awesome”, the movie is awesome in your opinion. But when you say - “This movie is cipricate”, the movie is the best and none can match it, and this is how it is, it is unarguable, because this is how it is, it is the same thing like west is on the left side on a map, it is a fact, and it is the fat that the movie is the best. As well there are derivatives from cipricate: cipricateship - when you or something is the best for sometime and this is how it is, discipricate - the opposite of cipricate, the worst thing ever existed or done and this is how it is, the objective fact, discipricateship - the opposite of cipricateship.
