People try to treat people impudently and act as if they are not accepting their punishment when other people take what they dish out but accept their punishment when people do not take what they dish out to avoid being not left off the hook. If someone tries to treat you impudently or unjustly and you just take what they dish out then that person gets to treat you impudently.
It's necessary to an extent for some humans to have someone they can treat impudently so they can blow off steam with or for some for other purposes which may be sadistic. For someone to have a certain positive emotion it is not necessarily the case that someone else has to experience an equal emotion in magnitude but negative; however, it most certainly can work that way and some people try to treat other people unjustly, impudently or just straight out wrong but do it in such a way that they can be left off the hook and in some cases get that person's consent.

Be careful what you say in school because it might get you "green lighted". This school does nothing to prevent gang bangers from infiltrating higher academia. This school's motto is more like: Kill, rape, control, instead of learn, live, lead. Freedom of speech does not exist at this university because it is likely to get you: "green lighted". I have never met dumb fucks like these in my life. This school reminds you everyday that you failed in high school and should have broken your back to get better grades. A simple complaint here, can also get you "green lighted" and if you have a normal fear reaction = "green light". This school is a reminder of American failure/extremism at its finest.

Normally the term "junior college" refers to the level of instruction of what is basically community college. These are typically two or three-year "diploma" or "associate degree" programmes for tradespeople, technicians, technologists, nursing assistants or others in various roles who assist university-educated professionals or do useful work.
A "junior university" on the other hand, is just an ordinary university that some parent named after their kid.
