A bitch type of gang wich is luckly the second largest african-american gang that still active. they territory goes from south of 21st to west of orange ave. He may have made the crippin culture something fashionable to bang crip, but he made the citylook bad inumerous times, just like when he displayed that politics shit on long beach by claiming he 's gang voice , going to the police department of los angles asking them to stop the violence, making og's from his gang pissed of for his lack of inteligence of bangin for the hole city and made then ask him for using his money to the good of theirs comunity and helping the youth

Bless your/his/her/their (little) heart(s)

This can be an insult, an expression of pity/sympathy, or even a compliment, depending on the context. As an insult, it can mean a variety of things, ranging from "what an idiot" to "f*** you". Compliment (what a sweetheart):

Anaheim Jungle City 13 Los 5150's

Anaheim Jungle City is a Hispanic turf gang located in the city of Anaheim. Its borders include the 91 freeway on the north, Harbor Blvd on the east, Romney Dr on the south, and Lombard Dr on the west. Anaheim Jungle City began in the early 80's and evolved from the gang that started in the 50's called "Chevy Chase". The name " Jungle City" was given to them by local authorities because it was known that this part of the city of Anaheim was considered the "Jungle" .
