A person who exhibits a need for control, mainly through conversing, and has a predisposition for using pun and sarcasm as the means, usually thrown in to get the last word or maintain dominance of the conversation and its contents.

I told a friend of mine that I was experiencing respiration problems. She returned a statement about the humidity being so high. I said I hadn't been outside in days - then she said how much I meant to her with three consecutive instant messages, and threw in, "humidity effects us wherever we are", at the very end of her loving onslaught. - that is a "cheeky monkey"
