Hebrew slang. Anything to do with making out can qualify as Mitnashnesh (mitnashneshim, nitnashnesh... blablabla present past and future...) also, you can describe a guy as mitnashnesh if you're suggesting he's gay or has a strong feminine side.

Making out:
1. We were mitnashneshim all last night (past)
2. Look at them mitnashneshim (present)
3. Wanna lehitnashnesh (future)
Gay:
1. God! He's so mitnashnesh
2. The only thing that's bad about him is that's he's such a nashnash...
