It is a made-up word commonly used in Malaysia, especially in Johor Bahru. It means a person who's obsessed with his/her crush, mostly his, so they make videos and portfolio about them. they are also known as 'creep' or 'stalker'

(You pronounce it like jā-má-sùn)

He is a ja-ma-soon. He made a video about me saying I love you.
