Any person living in a technologically modern environment who is either incapable of, or eschews attempts at becoming technologically fluent and competent. A person born in the late twentieth century, who despite ready access and exposure to devices like tape recorders, CD/DVD players, cell phones, computers, etc. is unable or unwilling to use or understand them.

Mostly referenced to ketamine but basically also every other partydrug in powder form. "Techno Dust" is often sold, bought and consumed at techno raves or at afterhours.

Technology that makes the transition to highly visusl, over=the-top jewelry. Geeks lust after the newest techno-bling e.g. The IPOD shuffle, the Moto Razr, and $1000 cell phones or PDA's. With techno-bling fashion outweighs form and function. Largely pejorative in most circles.

Techno-wagon 

A conjunction of technology and bandwagon used to refer to those (people or organizations) that adopt technology at the onset of mass usage before understanding its merits and functions.

Company XYZ started using Twitter and Facebook to advertise their product through social media sites without knowing exactly how social media works. They clearly jumped aboard the techno-wagon.
