Someone sexually attracted to under-age children.

Most have a strong desire to rape them but never do so (which is called pediphilia OCD), while others carry out their desires. People don’t care if a person has pedophila disorder or pedophilia OCD beause they’re all grouped together and deemed as absolutely disgusting people that should all just dissapear from the world.
