Get the medic fuckermug. Alternate term for marijuana used when you have already been consuming and find yourself unable to recall recent conversations or unable to make a decision. The best solution seems to be to "consume more" in order to help with your thinking. The term definitely brings a smile and laughter as it is somewhat rhetorical in that it will not actually help with memory recall.
