The term "ud on valorant" means the speaker has built and developed a successful game cheat that bypasses the popular PC multiplayer video-game Valorant's anti-cheat known as Vanguard anti-cheat developed by RIOT, whose goal is preventing cheaters (users of the cheat) from cheating (using the cheat) inside the game to ruin other players' experiences.
