A derogatory term to describe someone of useless ability and questionable intelligence.
They usually ramble, an incoherent response nowhere even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought.
Something or someone that's just a big ol' bunch of nothing but total fuck. Someone who is both an idiot and ass backward retarded, at the same time. Also known as "peretty"

The presentation by that repete was one of the most insanely, idiotic things I have ever heard.
