A Margarita cocktail for tough guys. Lager mixed in with the tequila and the Cointreau is omitted. Friends in Sydney tried it at a bar on Manly beach but rumour has it that it originated in the UK (not surprisingly!)

Chill equal portions of Tequila and Lager, add lemon juice and swill your Lagerita!!

The Swedish nobility Lagergren originates from Johan Lauri, who himself wrote his name Lowrie and was from Scotland. He was born in 1574 or 1575 and was knighted in 1647 with the name Lagergren.
