Shorter then average and always wears a hat over their eyes so people can't see them staring from underneath it.

Greasy hair hidden under hat, always stares from the darkness, walks slowly with hands by side or in pocketsm possibly holding a camera phone or tape recorder.

Chooses to hang out with smokers, people who think they are cool but arent, druggos and fat kids.

girl 1 - "Omg he's looking again!"

girl 2 - "Is that a camera?!!!"

girl 1 - "He will so be one of those Future Sex Offenders!"
