IRJ (also IRJO) is an old and well-known acronym. In the SNL skit with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler on Sep 13th, Poehler as Hillary Clinton says "dont refer to me as a FLIRJ. I googled what it stands for and I do not like it."

Did you see that Sarah Palin. What a MILF!
