/fail

Commonly used in forums, chatrooms, and online games. Used to symbolise that whatever the previous or quoted person said had just completely failed, being a fail in grammar, or life. The / before the fail is derived from HTML language in which ending a function defined by a /. The / also emphasises how the person in question failed and should not continue to post moronic things on 'teh interwebs' as their father taught them, but to ask to have their passport and material possessions confiscated and have themselves shipped off to a third world country.

Daily Fail

A thread posted by a troll on a message board that is anti-minority with the sole source being a link to a story in the scaremongering rag the Daily Mail (or the Daily Express or The Sun) that invariably turns out to be completely innocent and harmless.

Member: "Oh two Daily Fails in one day - well done."

Failagram

When one is trying to be humorous (or witty) in a statement about a subject when they are either misinformed and/or believe they are correct despite it is obvious that they are not correct as well as being a play on the word "Telegram" used to describe someone who isn't effectively or properly getting their point across.

Josh tried tried so hard to make a comeback when Cody insulted his girlfriend for sleeping around with three other guys last week, but he couldn't get the words out right at all. Total failagram.

In angry birds, when you slingshot a bird not using full force and it goes very little distance and plops to the ground.

Person 1: I tried beating Angry Birds level 5-2 but I couldn't because my maching bird kept dashing in random directions when I use very little force :(

Porridge fail is a person, whom fails at making porridge,

There porridge making skills are below zero, it is near impossible for them to make porridge,

-My little brother was the first person classified as porridge fail.

-Little brother walks in with slop that should be porridge-
Me- "what the hell is that?"
Him- "Porridge dumb ass"
Me- " listen boy I know porridge and that is NOT porridge, you my friend are a Porridge fail"
