Dope Boy All Star

1. Any person who distributes illicit substances. The term is most often used to describe a young male that excels at selling to a specific geographic area or neighbourhood, and most likely moves hard drugs (ex. cocaine, crack), as well as the standard marijuana and prescription pills. A 'Dope Boy All Star' IS the hood entrepreneur.
2. A person in the dope game who rises above the rest to become a player amongst players.

"You're movin' bricks like a Dope Boy All Star."

"It's true, I'm a Dope Boy Allstar. I don't have a habit yet, so I'm doing good so far."

An additional component often added to the commonly used all over it phrase, thus creating a simile. This helps to reinforce the point and also shows that the user of the phrase has a firm grasp of the english langauge.

When the standard phrase "Im all over that report" becomes dull..Instead it becomes "I'm all over it like a rash".
Shows the true passion and skill of the worker/user of the phrase or there could be some bull-shitting involved.

Is an American that can survive on his own very easily. Usually at a young age. Able to create fires, make a shelter, find edible food, knowing exactly where you are on a map (in the middle of nowhere).

Damn Jimmy is the all-American-bad-ass, that's the biggest fire ever, and it's made out of stones. And he knows exactly where he is, just by looking at some rocks in the distance.
