The act of climbing over the obstacle in your way. Because it’s the only way forward.

Can also be recognized as something a narcissist might say.

Not to be confused with get over yourself and/or climb over yourself. Which can be a statement of encouragement as opposed to an accusation or attempt to minimize one’s struggles or circumstances.

Thought evolves over time

And in addition to being an aggregation and amalgamation of plot points sliding across a timeline, the aggregation and synthesis of thoughts (my own and other people's), the fluctuations of my emotions, and the changes to myself that I choose not to make across that same timeline.
