When you are able to only talk to the person and not see them. Whether it be over the phone, or via text message. Talk is cheap because seeing the person would be so much richer.

The phrase you say when you really don’t want to talk about something, and you never actually talk about it later. You just use it as an excuse.
Dad: Hey, what is this I saw on your search history!?
Aaron: Uhhh- I’m busy studying let’s talk about it later

An extremely annoying catchphrase said at random times. Even when a conversation is about cars, the catchphrase is still not funny. Used rarely in the United States of America
Friend 1: So why do you like One Direction so much?
Sivan (Friend 2): I'm not obsessed, I just like some of their music.
Annoying Friend: Wait, are we talking about cars?
Sivan (Friend 2): Goshdammit, NO!
Annoying Friend: (Laughs and runs away)

An american-based language used mostly on the East coast. "Walkie Talk" uses a blend of african dialect and modern day slang to make sexual or unusual comments. A person who speaks "Walkie Talk" may refer to other people as cracka jacks or black panthers. "Walkie Talk" is used mostly by god or godly people.
Girl 1: "I don't think he knows my name because everytime he sees me he calls me black panther."
Girl 2: "No, he knows you. He's just speaking Walkie Talk."
