origin is a pint sized human, although not a dwarf more of a Shetland pony of the human world. definition is to become soo incredibly intoxicated that NO OTHER word in the world can describe your state of drunkenness. plautstered pronounced (plowt-stired) trumps all known and currently unkown forms of describing one's level of toxicity from alcohol. Be forewarned if you happen to become plautstered many unusual events may occur. Including but not limited to attempted suicide, going AWOL, being extremely hostle with friends, strong hallucinations similar to bad acid trips, and being funnier than HELL. Automatic disqualification if said person vomits from the consuming of the alcohol non-negotiable.
