Rail Mooch

Someone that rolls up to a rail that you spent all day going on crazy missions to scope out and set up and then they come at the last second and shred your rail. Or they sit there and watch you set up clamin they are just gonna film and then they decided once its set up to drop in.

Chad just sat there and watched us do all the work setting up the rail and then once it was set up he tried to do the rail but all he did was a front nose slap.

A portmanteau of monocracy and chronic syndrome. It represents any totalitarian, autocrat, or parental behaviour or action which neglects other individuals' freedom of thought, expression, or action.

It could stand also for a certain strict or orthodox way of education and upbringing which depends on brainwashing and inheritance of attitudes and thoughts from ancestors, rather than creativity and rational analysis, especially in oriental societies.

town mooch

A very strange, confused, socially retarded (possibly mentally retarded) person who has nothing better to do apart from to wander aimlessly around the town centre all day making everybody who comes into contact with them feel slightly worried.

Not to be confused with a tramp/hobo, town moochers usually are fairly clean and probably have a small flat somewhere possibly even a job and/or a fellow town mooching partener/family.

Oh my days! Here comes that family of town moochers, why does the mum always wear a crash helmet?"
