A seatbelt that's been left outside a car when the driver closed the door. The metal end flaps and clunks against the side of the car. If enough belt is outside the door, the metal buckle drags along the road throwing up an occasional spark. More common occurrence in older land yachts with old school style seatbelts. Driver is typically clueless and doesn't hear it or doesn't figure out what that clunking noise was until he's parked and opens his door.

Dude! Check Grampa in theland yacht up there. His land anchor's been deployed and it's sparking like crazy.

Lands Day

An anual public holiday celebrated on October 7th. Invented in 2004 to celebrate the laziness of the iGeneration, Lands Day calls for those of the current generation to rejoice in what they do best: laze; loiter; & procrastinate.
Often shortened to LandsDay.
First concieved in Adelaide, Australia

2) -Outraged- WHAT! Lands Day! That's not a day! Your insane! What is this crazy Lands Day you speak of... -and so on-
