Get the Penis Touchmug. noun. A humorously stigmatizing, temporary social status conferred by a person who farts to another, non-farting person. The non-farting recipient of the fart touch may pass it along to another person, but never to the person from whom it was received ("no touchbacks"). A person may prevent being given the fart touch by crossing their index and middle fingers ("shields").
