pre-sleep

A late-night accidental nap in a chair or on a sofa, in which immediately upon waking up one goes to bed for the night.

I guess I dozed off into a pre-sleep while watching tv. I was really disoriented when I woke up from that, but then had like seven hours of amazing sleep.
