The act of CC-ing a person's boss on an email when you are not getting a desired response.

Worker 1: I asked John's assistant to fax me the approval an hour ago.
Worker 2: Email her to follow up and copy John.
Worker 1: CC Snitch, good idea.

Snitch

A word sometimes used in a wrong way. A snitch isn't someone who tattle-tells on someone. A snitch is a person who tells on someone simply because they're jealous or ratting someone out to save their own self.

Jhonny is selling drugs next door to Rick's house.

Rick is jealous because he sales drugs also, but gets no business.

Rick decides to snitch and tell on Jhonny so that he can get more business for himself.

ex 2:
RIck sales drugs for jhonny.

Rick gets caught and has to do time.

The police tell Rick that if he tells who he's working for, they'll shorten his sentence.

Rick snitches on Jhonny and gets him in trouble so that he can go home early.

To grab the bumper of a vehicle and be pulled. The classic definition would be performed in shoes on ice, but seasonal and regional variations may be done on dry land in roller skates. Exceedingly fun and dangerous.

I grabbed the bumper of Dago's '68 Charger and skitched as he did donuts in the parkinglot. My foot caught on a rock and I cracked my head open on the ice. Fuck.
