Scumbagian: is a group of people who are born being scumbags as a gene they inherit from their parents because there family has generationaly been scumming it up for so long its now a birth defect.

Guy 2: That is where the parents of those people and their parents and so on have been summing it up for so long that it became a DNA thing so it gets passed along genaration after genaration born to be scumbagian's.

As a boy in New York during the 1950's, a scumbag was a used condom lying in the street, or in any other public place, usually thrown from a moving car. It signified utter and disgusting worthlessness.
