when a guy maintains and manages a relationship with a girl through texting/social networking in order to keep her on good terms in case he wants to hangout/hookup again. This is usually done by periodical text messages that are short and somewhat flirty. Can also be done by photo likes on instagram, favorites on twitter, etc.
After she met him at a party, he periodically texted her, however never tried to move things forward. She never knew he was simply e-manage-ing her.

A dark art of being able to survive while being held responsible for issues and situations outside of your control by members of the public and by those who outrank you. Often used as the cause of and solution to all of the problems of unreasonable people. Long term exposure often leads to a lack of empathy, high tolerance to pain, apathy, institutionalisation and a lack of self care. In extreme cases can lead to the illusion of job security and belief in corporate policies.

The picture manager usually will tell their "employee" to take certain pictures in certain outfits and in certain poses. The "employee" will send them to the Picture Manager first then he'll approve of them. As payment, the "employee" will obey and receive rewards.

Management Hitler (noun): someone with alot of charisma who takes over a project with big ambitions and plans but has literally no skill whatsoever, ends up being a total ass, and can't get anything right despite being told what to do.
Example: "fucking XX came in today and was a total management hitler, now we are pushing the development instead of giving users what they want"
