Often used as the cause of and solution to all of the problems of unreasonable people. Long term exposure often leads to a lack of empathy, high tolerance to pain, apathy, institutionalisation and a lack of self care. In extreme cases can lead to the illusion of job security and belief in corporate policies.

Examples of exploitation include but are not limited to: Minimum wage violations, Overtime pay violations, Misclassification of workers, Unpaid “Off the clock” work, Employee payroll debit card fees, Improper recordkeeping, Tip-sharing and tip-pooling violations, Uncompensated meal breaks, Unreimbursed mileage and expenses, Failure to pay for time spent donning and doffing gear and equipment, or generally not providing benefits discussed during your hiring negotiations, or listed on your job description. He/she may blame cooperate or owners, but the daily operations are their decisions.
She keeps us on skeleton crew, so we do two peoples workload and doesn't even care if we can't provide good customer service. it's like she thinks she'll get a trophy for slum manager of the year or something!

Get the Republican Managementmug. The picture manager usually will tell their "employee" to take certain pictures in certain outfits and in certain poses. The "employee" will send them to the Picture Manager first then he'll approve of them. As payment, the "employee" will obey and receive rewards.
