The type of person that many so-called "hipsters" aspire to be like, and ignorant people hold in contempt and call "hipsters".

The irony for these so called "non-conformists" is that they themselves are conforming to a subculture, both real and imaginary, that bases itself on individualism, yet has it's own unofficial rules of what's "cool" and what's not.
