Robert Pattinson infamously said this quote while being followed by a fangirl with an umbrella. It was mentioned in set report on a major fansite, but then taken down, because of the vulgarity. Many Twilight fans who are *~true~* fans will randomly quote this, while people who have jumped on the bandwagon or claim to be fans but only have seen the movie will look on in confusion.
Real TwiHard 1: Hey, guess what? IT'S NOT EVEN FUCKING RAINING!
Real TwiHard 2: OMG! Ha!
Fake Fan: What? I was too busy idolizing Edward because he's perfect. He's not flawed at all and I want to marry him and I can't wait until New Moon to find out what happens next!
TwiHard 1 & 2: ... >.<

This is actually a word that sounds like a phrase, there's a very subtle difference. The meaning of which is to describe something that has an inferior quality about it. It is essentially a derogatory phrase (..err I mean word)
"Do you like my new shirt?" "... Mate, That's-not-even-close-to-Mozart"
"I reckon this cake I made is delicious" "What are you on about? That's-not-even-close-to-Mozart"

The phrase used by a girl when you're so good looking that she can't even look at you because it turns them on so much that they might do something in public with you that may go viral or get them arrested.
