Two school friends have a falling out over a minor issue. The Drama Paparazzi step in and try to resolve the problem, so that the the relationship is patched up.

Most commonly used when referring to someone who is being a complete overdramatic douche. A typical drama pancake is completely unable to have a conversation in which they don't talk about themselves and their own insignificant problems. Any attempt to talk about something else will result in a one word reply/grunt after which the drama pancake will resume blabbering about themselves
Non-pancake: My schizophrenic Sparks escaped from my house this morning and I'm really worried he's going to try to take on the school bus again if I don't find him fast.

Get the Drama Puddingmug. Drama Time is when one friend misleads the other into thinking they will be gossiping, or talking about the week's hot drama. When they assume the close, whisper positions, the friend that offered the gossip will scream "DRAMA TIME" and proceed to shove their hand down one's shirt in order to feel their assets.
