A beer keg but except with Beer it is filled with Saurkraut, usuallu used in festivals with a lot of bratwurst's or foods that involve saurkraut such as the small community that celebrates krautfest in which they go through many keg's o Kraut.

Originates from heyjackass.com, a website that displays all statistics about crime in Chicago, especially gun-related incidents, in a way to criticize the people who run the municipal administration of the city for such strict gun laws
