Papa Block

Papa Block is the coolest of all the dads. He truly embodies what it is to be…dad. He makes delicious food for you everyday, he loves the dallas cowboys even though they haven’t won a superbowl since 1996, and he tells you the best dad jokes. He loves to learn, and inspires you to do the same. He loves to share his newfound knowledge with you and it is the highlight of your day whether he knows it or not. He listens to podcasts religiously, and is constantly finding new ones that he can listen to and enjoy. He loves to tell you stories from his past which range from incredibly interesting to slightly eyebrow-raising. But nonetheless you love to hear them. He is your personal driver and takes time out of his busy day to take you everywhere you need to go. Papa Block works so hard everyday for him and. his family, and frankly his coworkers need to appreciate that more. He cares so much for others and the planet, and encourages others to do the same. While he doesn’t always realize it, you think he is amazing and nothing could ever change that. He is so critical of himself that he tends to not notice how much everyone around him loves and appreciates him. You love him more than there are stars in the sky, and you work hard everyday to make him proud.

S-BLOCK

S-BLOCK aka “Eshhh-Block”, is a gang in Israel known for running the streets of northern Jerusalem. Some things that they are known for is terminating the movement of the Arsi-shabob gangs, and striking fear into enemies eyes with their famous calls of “ARRR ARRR” and loud noises. Many know them for their extreme consumption of alcohol and other substances. A sign you’re in S-BLOCK territory is you’ll notice a significant amount of missing street signs and other major government owned property, another sign is a group of tough looking men all with buzz fade haircuts, if you see them make sure to be respectful. Some notable members include… leader- Chezzy P (who ran the biggest mafia operation in all of the Middle East for many years in the 2010s and 2020s), The accountant (who ran all behind the scenes and money activities), The bachelor (known for hiding behind a pink sheisty), The Donkey (for scaring the children), The Bar Kol (the originator of the famous “ARRR ARRR” call), many other members are still unknown but there are said to be over 100 high profile gang members. Legend has it that most of their activities are kept under the radar but there is a lot more to be said about them and most of it is not publicly known.

O-Block stew

A historical, traditional stew recipe originating in and around the Parkway Garden Homes (O-Block) in Chicago. Its recipe varies, but it has been described by locals as a cross between chili con carne and rice-based soup that also contains mushrooms and peppers grown in O Block. It is commonly prepared as a festive, perpetual stew.

O-Block

One the most prestigious apartment complex in all of Chicago spanning 9.5 acres coop owned by African Americans, it was built in the 1950s and got the name o-block because of how they honored Barack Obama wife, Michelle Obama who grew up in parkway garden homes. It is home to numerous famous rappers like chief Keef and king von, despite the stereotypes of it being dangerous because of it being owned by African Americans it is the safest neighborhood in all of Chicago, coming in a close competition with 63rd street

Trauma block Trau-ma blo-ck is a term used when one’s memories are often blocked out due to traumatic experiences relating or corresponding to the traumatic experience. The brain does this as an effort to block out and overwhelm residual painful feeling due to trauma.
