Few people have gotten it and there is an 'elite' list of those who have achieved such peak. Celeste base game difficulty goes from Beginner to Intermediate to low Advanced. Many people have reached high Expert and mid Grandmaster without attaining 202 berries. So, it's much, MUCH harder than you think, with almost perfect gameplay demanded for around 50 rooms, and another 50 that aren't necessarily easy either.

Most climbing mishaps occur due to exhaustion. Remember to take regular breaks!
