An umbrella term for a style of music (typically of the Future Bass and Chill genre) that contains many sounds from anime (such as gasps), particularly in accompaniment with anime thumbnails (especially female), and an overall 'vibe' that screams out, "I am a tremendous weeaboo".

Note; This does not stop the songs themselves from being at times decent.

Jimmy likes to listen to waifu music, all the anime sounds add one hair to his neckbeard for each over sexualised noise.

Elevator music

A style of jazz that's easy to loop for hours, often similar to bossa nova jazz originating from south America. Usually consisting of turn arounds and 2-5's in various keys. Great to listen to when you wanna "take a break".

"Mom, listen! There's elevator music playing in the elevator!" "Shut up you little cunt. That's actually performed by jazz musicians and it's way more pleasing to listen to than most of the modern shitty music of today. Stop calling it elevator music, it's a disrespectful term. Thanks bitch."

Music Not

When playing a wind instrument (i.e Trumpet, Clarinet), one may come across a musical note (usually on sheet music) so much higher/lower than the rest, that the first reaction is typically a simple, "Hell no." Also applies to vocal music.

Trumpet 1: "Do you see that note dude?! It's so high!"
Trumpet 2: "No, that's not a music note, that's a music not."

Tenor 1: "How is any guy supposed to reach that?"
Tenor 2: "They aren't, that's a music not."
