The cowardly way a guy goes about phasing out a girl by gradually responding to calls and texts less and less or by responding only with short answers. (can be done by girls too)

This guy was totally into me and was texting me all the time but now he's giving me the taper! He responded to my last text with just a one-word answer and I haven't heard from him in over a week.

Tokers Throat

Tokers throat is an unfortunate side-effect of inhaling large amounts of cannabis-smoke. This is often the case if you are smoking a dry-bong.
Often also referd to as cotton mouth.

This disease can be cured by drinking large quantities of milk

Toker two: Me too, let's drink some milk.
Toker one: YAEH! That's going to straigthen me like a needle.

A city of around 120,000 people and also the capital of Kansas. It is the hometown of the progressive/arena rock band of Kansas. It's tallest building is the capitol building itself, at 93 meters, followed by the Bank of America building at 16 floors/stories. It is a city of more conservative and laid-back people with stronger morals than most large cities in the Northeast.

Topeka is the capital of Kansas.
