Pauce

Adjective: used to describe a person or thing of repulsion.

It is commonly used to describe a person's limited sexual appeal. In this sense it is acceptable to use for describing either males or females.

Another use is to describe food of low or unfavourable quality.

Origin: Perhaps from English paucity, from Middle English paucite, from Latin paucitas, meaning smallness of number, scarcity, or dearth.
Look at that pauce woman over there, ugh.
"Oh Tracy, you didn't sleep with Dave? He's pauce!"

paise

Smallest and now defunct unit of currency in india.
100 paise = 1 rupee
6 paise = 1 anna.
hence 24 paise = 4 anna, but the one paise gets added usually, and a 25 paise coin is known as a charanna or a chavanni.
Therefore a 50 paise coin is known as an athanna, or an attanni, but the word has been bastardised into adhanna, meaning half an anna, which does not make sense.
